ABC Assembly offers both labor-only and full turn-key services. Our products are manufactured and inspected under IPC-610-A, IPC-620, and J-STD-001. We are on a constant pursuit of lean and state-of-the-art processes to eliminate waste and unnecessary activities. We provide Kanban and JIT services as well as storage for customer supplied (consigned) material in our static controlled facility.

ABC Assembly specializes in manufacturing mid-to-low volume, high-to-medium mix electronic printed circuit board assemblies. We utilize the latest in production technology to assemble any type of circuit board efficiently and effectively with a wide range of standards including IPC 610 Class 2 and Class 3. ABC provides the latest in THT, SMT, BGA, and micro-BGA capabilities, as well as for mixed technology assemblies.

Cable and Harnesses

ABC Assembly is a UL listed manufacturer of application-specific cable assemblies and wire harnesses for OEM products and markets. We are capable of producing small prototype quantities to high production volumes. ABC provides expertise and quality, vertically integrating our capabilities, diverse product lines and engineering to offer continuous productivity savings through collaborative design efforts for all styles of wire harness assemblies.

ABC Assembly has been manufacturing full turnkey and consigned systems for over 10 years. We provide complete services for design, manufacturing, interconnecting, and testing of mechanical components and enclosures at the chassis, cage, or rack level. Reinforcing our extensive PCB assembly (PCBA) service we're able to undertake complex wiring and assembly of electronic and electromechanical systems.

Integration

ABC provides system integration to help our customers take their product to the next level. We have a dedicated production line that offers assembly of complete devices or systems up to the point of delivery. Full systems integration capability allows us to incorporate PCB assemblies into housings along with mechanical components, mechatronics, displays, cables, software downloads/imaging, and testing. Each system is configured according to customers' specifications for both hardware and software and can range in monthly quantities from one to the thousands.
